What is your return policy for technical equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all hardware. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Please note that opened software licenses or configured-to-order enterprise servers may be subject to a restocking fee.
How long does shipping take for heavy rackmount equipment?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For heavy items like 48-port PoE switches or server racks, we use specialized freight carriers to ensure safe delivery. Expedited overnight shipping is available at checkout.
Do the switches come with a manufacturer warranty?
All new products come with the full manufacturer warranty. For refurbished items, network-switch provides an industry-leading 1-year hardware replacement warranty to ensure your network stays up and running.
Can I get technical support for setting up my VLANs?
While we are primarily a hardware vendor, our technical team provides basic configuration guidance for managed switches. For complex network architecture, we offer premium remote support sessions that can be purchased separately.
