At Network-Switch, we offer a 30-day return window for all networking hardware to ensure your infrastructure meets your specific performance requirements. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all factory seals intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Log in to your account dashboard and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for the specific hardware items.

• 2.
  Package Your Hardware

  Securely pack the network switch or component in its original box, ensuring all power cables, rack-mount kits, and documentation are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Once your RMA is approved, print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it clearly to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous tracking barcodes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technical team will inspect the device for serial number verification and hardware integrity before processing your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
